Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.

• Extermely fast internet
• iPhone/Blackberry
• Fast communication

Technology is controlled by the consumer. They choose to access the internet whether it be for surfing, communicating, etc.
Not to be confused with monitoring, which is done by the government.

If I were to lose control of my 411 I would contact the police immediately to file a police report. That way if the person ever gets caught, they will face criminal charges!
